Without a doubt our most aggressive restoration project yet, this Tiny Little Castle was home to a hoarder, and then left empty for more than 20 years. 

 

While cutting through the brush that had completely hidden the home from the street we found not one, not two, but three abandoned boats on the property.  Next, after emptying more than 5 dumpsters of "stuff" from inside, we've set our mind to bringing the unique, open floor plan back to life, as well as restoring the exterior to be a showcase home in this desirable Vestal neighborhood...
